• Privacy questions — concerns about data handling or the use of cookies where enabled.
• Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a title is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights to a work and wish it removed.
• General editorial observations — suggestions for new categories, additional context, or corrections to introductory notes.

What to Include

To help us act quickly, please provide as many of the following details as possible:

• The exact page URL of the ebook.
• The full title of the work (for example, Text book of veterinary medicine, Volume 4 (of 5) or An essay on diseases incidental to literary and sedentary persons).
• The file format you attempted to download (EPUB, PDF, Kindle, etc.).
• The device, operating system, and browser you were using.

Metadata corrections. If you spot an error in a title, author, or date, please include the source or reference you believe to be correct. A link to a library catalogue, a scanned title page, or a reliable secondary source can help us verify the change quickly.

File format issues. Different formats may behave differently on various devices. If a file does not open, try another format if available. When reporting, mention any error messages you saw. This information helps us identify whether the problem is widespread or specific to a particular configuration.

Accessibility concerns. We aim to make our ebooks usable by everyone. If you encounter a barrier, such as missing alternative text for images, insufficient colour contrast, or a structure that confuses your screen reader, please describe the exact element and its location. We will work to address it.

Rights and copyright. We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe a title on our site infringes your rights, please provide your name, a description of the work you hold rights to, and evidence of your ownership. We will review your claim promptly and, if warranted, remove the material. Note that many older works are in the public domain in some countries but not others; we rely on users to alert us to such cases.
